Board Plastic Surgeon

I have done in two ways from the state, a vision, together with other functional ethnic rhinoplasty. I have researched the two doctors. During my research I found out about a woman, had a terrible experience with a board liposuction specialist in plastic surgery with the same surname as my nose guy. It is not the same person, but it worries me that such a bad doctor was a specialist and that he practiced despite a previous major complications. It is not so much complications, which way he deals with important was to avoid is. I accept the normal risks associated with surgery, but I also expect a physician to treat these problems properly, not avoid the sweep, and me. If the woman went to the emergency room, she could have died of their infection! It simply boggles my mind. How do I find all these things with an ophthalmologist and plastic surgeon that I see?
