How can I track down my medical records from a retired plastic surgeon in San Diego, CA?

I can not find the doctor's name on the web. I would love suggestions on where they continue to search. I moved from California to Florida, so any questions by phone, mail, e-mail. The records would be about 10 years. Dr. Tyler specialist in plastic surgery in San Diego. Please any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks for the input so far. I already have a residential listing, checked out of luck. Office, he has changed hands a few times. I'm trying to figure out who the building in. The only thing I can think of to see the address and find out who is in his office now and call them maybe they had no information. Would help if you knew his first name, when you see him in the white pages in the neighborhood. He is retired, he can be selected only as a resident of the white pages. You may need to call directory assistance. You can also contact the nearest hospital to their practice, which may have some type of recording your destination, or any other surgeon PLSTC wihtin its proximity to San Diego is huge, and Tyler is a very common name. It would be useful to have his first name. Add: you can try calling the state license, which may be of some help. Usually, when a retired doctor, the records are sent to the person who takes over the practice. Try calling the office and see if they still have .
